By using VibeScan, you agree to these terms. If you don't, don't use the service.

Age requirement

You must be 18 or older to use VibeScan. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13 (COPPA).

Acceptable use

Don't use VibeScan to break the law, harm others, send spam, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the service for other users.

Refunds

• One-time purchases: 30-day refund, no questions asked.
• Subscriptions: Pro-rated refund if cancelled within 7 days of billing. After 7 days, cancel anytime to stop future charges; no refund for the current period.
• Email hello@dummy-labs.com for refund requests.

Liability

VibeScan is provided as-is without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dummy Labs LLC's total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel anytime by emailing us.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced via email to active users at least 14 days before taking effect.
